Programs
Journey of Faith UMC seeks to involve all age groups in our church family. We have programs for adults, youth, and children. We invite you come and visit us, and we hope you find a place for your family in our church.
Adults
Journey of Faith adult programs include Sunday School, Christian book study, group Bible reading plans, monthly fast and Coffee, Chords and Conversation.
Other programs for adults in the church vary throughout the year, so check the bulletin or the Journey of Faith Facebook Group page for the latest goings-on.
Childcare available upon request for many of the adult groups
Youth
Youth are an integral part of Journey of Faith. The youth meet for lunch after Sunday morning services followed by a time of study, fellowship, and recreation.
Journey of Faith also offers classes, service projects, and/or other spiritual exercises leading up to public confirmation of the intention to live the vows of the baptismal and membership covenant and so becomes a professing member of the local congregation and The United Methodist Church.
Each year on Youth Sunday, our young people lead us in an inspiring worship experience. At Journey of Faith, we are blessed with a group of young people, who by their witness and example, remind us that they are not just the "church of the future" but an integral part of the church today.
Kids and Younger
At Journey of Faith we treasure children. Staffed by trusted caregivers who have been with us since the beginning, we provide a safe and loving nursery for those five and under and a Children's Church for those in the 1st through 5th grades.
We also offer worship that is child-friendly for those families who wish to include their children in weekly worship.
